@Autumn Lemon meringue is a pie. They missed several types of deserts like grains or roots soaked in sweetened liquid such as tapioca pudding or rice pudding. They also didn't cover gulab jamun, poached pears, or any type of no-bake. Plus, if they're going to add cotton candy to the list that opens the door to confections like fudge, caramels, and other candies. This tier list is incomplete to say the least.
It has some minor knowledge of imported dishes but not genuinely ethnic: very American.
