Has anyone here ever tried the thing where you make ice cream by putting all the ingredients in a kitchen-aid bowl, and pouring liquid nitrogen into it as it mixes ? Is that any good ?
@pepsi_manI own one; the conventional process is very time consuming, and the ingredients typically cost the same or more than just buying ice cream. Liquid nitrogen by contrast makes it instantly, which is a very attractive feature.
@KingOfWhiteAmerica@pepsi_man I have never tried pouring it directing into the mixture. I've always used two bowls with a refrigeration mechanism other than N.
