At lunch today, my son noisily drove a matchbox car around instead of finishing his food. My daughter picked up two pieces of turkey and pretended they were kissing. Who brainwashed gender norms into these kids?!!
There's always at least one layer of irony! I thought it was interesting that two kids only a few years apart with basically identical childhoods played so differently.
