@stormbringer @seatree it won't but normally all the meds or tonics that help with hair growth also reduce testosterone wich fucks with your libido, sex drive, sperm quality, etc.

@37712 @stormbringer @seatree Finasteride doesn’t lower testosterone but it blocks an enzyme 5Alpha Reductase that converts testosterone to DHT. With less DHT that’s converted your body’s total testosterone can slightly go up. But DHT is linked to libido so it can lower your sex drive. As far as I’m aware Clascoterone has no sexual side affects because it focuses on targeting androgen receptors in the scalp.
@I_AmTheKnight @37712 @seatree because drugs that target specific "anything" work so well. GLP1 inhibitors are doing a bang up job 😂. I'm just sayin', pharma starts poking at body chemistry and largely winds up fucking it up.
