The simplest way to lose weight is to eat when you are not hungry. That way you don't over-eat when you are hungry. You essentially hijack your previous satiety and prolong it.
@Justicar This is what works for me and eating later in day because If I start to eat in morning hunger around 15-19:00 will become unbearable..
After waking up If I do not eat for whole day I am good just feel little anoyed but much better compare to when I would eaten something
