So my experiment failed, i tried to eat more meals to boost my metabolism, and shocker, it failed, i only got fatter... am going to try skipping breakfast all the way to dinner, see if it works.

@RodrickSage metabolism "speed" is nonsense. it's all calories in, calories out. what type of calories then only dictates how healthy you'll be. if you want to lose weight, lower your fat and sugar intake and get in some exercise. protein is neutral. sugar destroys your satiety sensitivity, so avoiding it is best way to not overeat. but even on keto/carnivore, you can eat too much calories from fat, so always be aware of what you are eating. also, eating if you are NOT hungry ensure less intake.
