i have lost 7.5kg in 10 weeks of running. in this time, i run about 530km. not bad. i have reached my goal to getting to 90kg of body weight. but i see i am still fat, or rather i do not look as good as i thought. so i will be looking at 5 more kg to get to 85kg. i'd like to look good but i also have concern of losing too much weight. i know i will keep my muscle but the weight also gave me more confidence in my ability to fight and whatnot. being lighter might make me look weaker that i'd like.
