Interesting fable.
Nevertheless, we can see this in politics, workplace, and even friendship circles.

@sardonicsmile Here is one I wrote that I should animate:

Fable of the Lions, Hyenas, and Jackals

The lions, hyenas, and jackals lived on the same savanna competing for the same resources. They did not live happily together. Lions had well organized prides and superior strength, intelligence, and speed to make them the apex predators. Hyenas greater in number organized in cackles but were secondary to lions in most capabilities. A well organized pride of lions always defeated any cackle of hyenas in a fight.

Jackals had some ability to hunt but excelled more as parasites by stealing meat from the other predators using their cunning and trickery. When lions and hyenas fought, this created more opportunity for jackals to steal. So jackals would find ways to provoke the lions and hyenas to fight more. Lions often killed the pesky jackals. The jackals developed an inter-generational hatred for the lions and conspired ways to undermine them.

Although lions were very intelligent and of noble mind, this noble mind was sometimes incapable of thinking like and anticipating the cunning devious jackals. This made the lions gullible to jackal trickery.

When the lions were off hunting or not paying attention to their cubs, the jackals started teaching the cubs that hyenas are just like lions except for the spots on their fur. Then they started teaching the cubs to sing the way of hyenas and adopt their culture. The jackals told the cubs that their lion parents abused and tormented the hyenas and jackals for no reason other than to have superiority over them. The young impressionable cubs eventually believed that the hyenas were equal or even superior to them and that lion supremacists must be the most evil of creatures. The cubs started helping the 'poor oppressed' hyenas by giving them food which made the hyena population grow. The jackals convinced the female cubs that they were oppressed by the males and that they should run the pride. They also convinced females to pursue freedom from raising cubs by avoiding births or even killing their young.

The jackals started helping the hyenas by telling them about the lion pride and where its weaknesses were. The hyenas became convinced that the jackals were their friends.

After the the demoralized lion cubs matured, they did not heed or respect their elders or traditions. This new generation of lions started fraternizing with the hyenas and even mating with them to create useless ugly offspring. The lionesses refused to mate with the male lions unless the males submitted to them. Only weak beta males submitted to these females, and the strong and wise males were outcast as lion chauvinists. The hyenas were able to pick off and kill these strong but separated lions. As fewer cubs and weaker cubs were born, the pride became weaker and smaller. Meanwhile the hyenas took advantage of the weakened lion prides and started beating them in fights.

The jackals were smarter than the hyenas and started subverting and ruling them. This is how the savanna was transformed. The great lions were nearly wiped out and the jackals became master of the savanna.

Natural law directs all species to do what is best for their species. Caring and loving for other species benefits one's own species unless that species is competing with or actively working against one's own species. In such cases, the other species must be treated adversely. Doing otherwise is suicidal.

@Bernard @sardonicsmile that's a great fable. You should do an AI video about it with AI voice and AI images.

The solution to that cycle is chaos and destruction.
