I am going to go with Epstein is most likely a fictional character

If I remember correctly The Dollar Vigilante Jeff Berwic visited Epstein island with a drone and people commented on how the buildings looked fake when the drone got close up footage

If I remember correctly it looked like the doors to enter the buildings were not real
