I checked earlier on Reddit's feminist subs for any news on the radical feminist shooter.

Nothing. Only "conservative" subreddits mentioned it, otherwise it's complete silence across the entire platform's progressive subreddits.

So when the story is against your narrative and is completely indefensible, just ignore it.

Update: TwoXChromosomes has 1 single post on it where everyone just outright denies the shooter's man-hating manifesto as being fake.
