I then use the app in the screenshot (Background Eraser) to combine them. Sometimes I generate a background separately using Unstable Diffusion or perchance.org. I've also attached a screenshot of other things I use to tinker with images or video.

I use Android and mostly PC, and these apps are very self-explanatory / user-friendly and free with minimal ads.
