I had some crazy fever dreams. I saw reality like the Matrix (but in red) and I could see all possible paths and then why each path went the way it did. I was preplanning reality but having to make time wait its turn.

Take your temperature while not on tylenol to see if you have a fever, tylenol and other factors might influence the result

If the doctor says it is not a health problem and it is in your mind then you might want to consult a ethical hypnotist

1 Learn the secular version of Yoga Nidra that does not mention the names of hindu gods and is not in the hindi language. It can be a very useful skill if done voluntarily. It is kind of like lucid dreaming with your eyes closed but you are awake and can hear what is happening in the real world not just in your dream. If you learn to control what happened to you it might be a useful skill
