@shortstories He doesn't talk about those things much directly. He has mentioned his Jewish identity before in a self-deprecating way.

He also had this roid rage episode on video where he said he's superior to everyone else and can do whatever they can do better, the sort of thing that may have "goyim" silently peppered throughout, but as far as I know, he hasn't repeated that.

@shortstories I'm not sure, but his content did seem to want to downplay it. He was supposed to be a stealthy Zionist influencer with a very unstealthy name, a ninja who wears orange, if you will.

He has since become a more obvious Zionist agent, for example interviewing with Dave Rubin to downplay the harm done by glyphosate, and now making this video which is subtle military propaganda.

@shortstories I say all that in order to say that roidlings like Mr Mike Israetel and bodybuilders in general are a mockery of the human body. They have size without strength, without endurance, without flexibility, without cardio. We need a radical realignment in what we think fitness is. Ironically, Mr Mike is helping to do this by showing how useless that hypertrophy is by flunking the cardio part of the test.

@shortstories Incidentally, this is also becoming the standard advice for gaining flexibility: to contract and slightly resist the stretch with your muscles. This is because the new theory of flexibility is not that your tissues can't stretch, but that your brain won't let you stretch into a range of motion where your body isn't strong enough to protect itself. Hence, flexibility is actually strength at the extremes of your range of motion.

@shortstories Lately, isometrics for tendon strength have been catching on. Which is great, because tendons not only gain strength more slowly than muscle (even more so when using anabolics), but weight lifting does a questionable job of training tendons. Tendons benefit from load while a muscle is fully extended, which is something that weightlifting does only momentarily if at all. It's something like stretching, but the muscle is contracted.

@shortstories So the west right now is under a mass delusion that weight lifting is everything there is to fitness.

Weight lifting comes from the pursuit of hypertrophy, not strength, not endurance. Contrary to common belief, hypertrophy and strength only somewhat overlap. You can build strength with minimal hypertrophy (farmer strength), and you can build size with minimal strength (every bodybuilder).

I used to wonder why women were occasionally burned at the stake and pressed to death under boulders... Now I understand what is meant by "witchcraft," and must say it makes total sense.

@Evil_Bender @HockeyDoxie Often times the "witchcraft" convictions were for incessant gossiping, spreading morale-busting rumors (true or false didn't matter), and generally just meddling and making trouble socially.

In earlier times they lived much more tenuous lives, and a wimminz who liked to play games of "let's you and him fight" could destroy the harvest and get people killed. Easier to just cull those wimminz and move on than risk having them wrecking things.
They always twll you what happened, but never why.

>They burned those poor women as witches!!!

They leave out how she gets drunk and sleeps around with all the womens men and gave them chlamydia.
