hardware architecture shouldn't be complex for the sake of complexity
that's how you end up with the Saturn

@DireGoy Given that pretty much all wifebots come from Asian, I'm not sure this will remain true.

>I used to be very much into tech stuff. Now I hate it. I can't stand how every website keeps getting changed around for the worse. Google used to serve up great results and had cached sites, etc. Ebay used to be intuitive and social media actually worked. Now everything is infused with algorithmic-fuckery up the ass. No messages go through because everything is auto-flagged. Every site requires me to fill out a captcha or a stupid little picture pizzle. Way too much background shit going on slowing everything down. Everything is curated and censored and loaded with tracking software. Many sites look like a gay ass smartphone app. Can't even use Craigslist anymore without my posts getting auto-flagged for no reason. Every site wants my phone number or photo ID or other privacy-compromising bullshit. Everything is a scam and a gimmick to rip off money from you. Back in the day the internet was basically just smart white people. Even dating sites had a reasonable success rate. Now every user is either a street-shitter or a bot or a nigger-tier low-IQ zoomer with an elementary-school level education who only speaks ebonics and other made-up bullshit words. I can't stand it anymore.
The internet was best when it was still uncensored and worked only in white nations.

@cowanon Same reason there's no good pictures of the 'drones' flying around New Jersey. Anyone with a 1/2 decent camera realizes it's just a plane or regular quadcopter when they get a good picture of the object in question.

(2/2) This takes 5 hours to do. Your taxpayer dollars at work. I floated the idea to just insert an old picture(yes, actual screenshots of the scan) and save everyone the time and effort but that's apparently unethical. I don't really see the difference: either way, we're not actually scanning the changes and just inserting a pretty picture for someone who doesn't even know what the picture means. I guess over-complicating things handwaves away the whole ethical dilemma thing.

@Shlomo I run LineageOS on my daily driver(OnePlus Nord N200 5G) and it works very well.

(1/2) I hate government drones. Added XACT_ABORT to ~30 SQL stored procedures to prevent transactions from fucking up. Cool. Security scanner doesn't play nice with the SQL, so it shits the bed if you scan SPs. Still fine; just don't scan them. Unfortunately, the drone gets mad if he doesn't see the pretty picture the scanner makes of everything being green, so now I've got to scan everything BUT the 30-some-odd files I changed so it spits out a pretty picture to make the drone happy.

@freepatriot I place upon those my most powerful wizard's spell: the consequences of their own actions. I'm saving me and mine, the rest of the normies can get fucked.
