@jb Most interesting Catholic trivia I picked up from E. Michael Jones was how they destroyed the nunneries by relaxing the strict rules against nuns fraternizing. This instantly turned it into a lesbian brothel and the women ended up feuding over sex partners and the entire system collapsed.
That much was totally predictable. The interesting twist is that the loss of all those nuns was devastating to Catholic charities and education, for whom the nuns were the vast majority of the labor force. No nuns - no cheap Catholic school. No cheap Catholic school - far lower birthrates.

@cowanon Women don't know what they want. My ex wife wanted me to baby her, but she also wanted to be independent. Make that make sense.
If the bedroom is anything to go by, most women enjoyed being told what to do and submitting to a man's authority as long as the man has her interests at heart.

@Stahesh We're not very seismologically active in west Texas, so I don't think it's that. Not sure if there's a glass factory in town or not. I'll need to take a picture of it next time I see some.

There's hundreds of small, green chunks of glass mixed into the gravel in the dirt road out by my field. Not like something made of glass broke, but more like a whole bunch of scuffed up green glass pebbles. I wonder what they are how they got there?
