A large number of them was owned by a single entity, which mortgage companies won't loan for because of "risk". Pretty sure this was one of the ways they are trying to make you"own nothing" . Talking with coworkers and friends insurance is getting real expensive. They are going to make things too expensive to buy, they'll make things too expensive to own. Can't have a car if you don't have insurance. Can't own a home if the same. Oh and if you're in the wrong place they'll just drop you for no reason other than " it's too risky for them".
