i never got the " consulting " business. sweet baby inc. is a consulting, people get paid for consulting? i have played basically RPGs, so i pretty much know what a good RPG is but, am not here getting paid to consulte in the making of set RPGs.
@RodrickSage Consultation is precisely that: seeking advice from a person with specialised knowledge on a particular subject matter. It's no different than having to seek medical advice from a doctor, legal advice from a lawyer, or financial advice from an accountant.
All these boil down to consultation. It's only the snake oil salesmen like "business consultants" or "image consultants", or worse, " dating consultants", that you should be wary of to seek advice from.
