@TwistedEagle I do suspect that there might be a message being sent -- "Don't you dare meet with Putin, or else."
But it's too soon to point fingers with the lack of data I have.
The way the U.N. was attempting to sideline freaking Russia at their emergency session, though, does give a lead to follow, though.
