@RoninGrey yeah, the ranking is also incredibly subjective.
@Justicar Agreed. But I think that while we disagree on what a 5 would look like, we don't really have a way to say it. It's definitely not one of the biggest problems we face, just a curiosity I had recently. Technically, we all coloquially understand what "average woman" means, anyway.
@RoninGrey the thing is that there is no real objectivity. girl i might find attractive might look ugly to you and vice versa. and that happen more often than you can even imagine. i can say some girl is a 10, even if i know for a fact there are prettier girls out there but i can say it because she ticks all the boxes. not necessarily to the highest level though. even attractiveness itself varies by mood, hormone levels and many other things. it is furthest from objective and measurable as possi
@Justicar I'm just talking about the language.
@RoninGrey - I'm probably an oddball in this, but I've always had a non-decimal 1-10 scale. Basically, 10 is theoretical perfection, and for every major flaw, you subtract a point. In theory, there's no bottom limit to the scale, but by the time you get to 3... It's not worth doing the math anymore.
So while thinking of 5's on a scale that isn't mathematically compatible... 🤔 The word "acceptable" comes to mind.
This was just an example, generous with the numbers. I'd argue that there should be more 3's 2's and 1's in there. I just randomly assigned more toward the bottom to demonstrate the definitions.
