Local women started a business, and made the decision to place its location in a small warehouse in the middle of a neighborhood. On the other side, it's a street away from a main road, definitely hidden, BEHIND the commerce area. The warehouse was meant to house one of those businesses' stock, purposefully out of sight, if I had to guess.
They opened in JANUARY of this year and are going out of business already. I mean, no thought to how the finances would work either?

@RoninGrey That's why most female businesses fail. They have no concept of math and accounting.
The few I saw that worked out, she hired a professional male accountant to do her books.
