When Russia invaded Ukraine, most people who spend any time on the Internet outside of social media phone apps would have noticed that some notable software projects made a lot of noise about the conflict, with quite a few maintainers temporarily diverting their donations to Ukraine charities or forcing you to look at the Ukraine flag on loading screens. Stuff that would make you roll your eyes at worst. The donation thing is fine i guess, as my disdain for SLAVA UKRAINI trannies doesn't extend to those Ukrainians who need all the help they can get.
But to this day, random autists who weren't even able to point to Ukraine on a map before the conflict still inject their geopolitical sportsball fanatacism into unrelated shit that only becomes objectively worse for it. This one retarded Dutch faggot who runs a project i was using for work at the time made you pledge to never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever do anything to support Russia ever, even outside of your use of his project, otherwise he reserves the right to deny you access and blah blah blah. Now, if you thought the brainiacs over at GitHub were bad (barely a tier up from pure bred, free range Redditors), it's nothing compared to niche discord-based game modding cliques i'm forced to rappel into occasionally, Mission Impossible style, when i have to troubleshoot a very small issue that some retard has failed to mention in his documentation and gives no other option than to contact him via the unencrypted furry gooner groomer app. And it was really fucking bad in 2022-2024.
There was one faggot who declared cyrillic script to be banned from his server, and when actual Ukrainians complained that this was nonsensical and it prevented them from contributing to a Ukrainian localisation, he elected one of those Ukrainians to be the offcial server tzar in charge of differentiating between Russian and Ukrainian posts and banning the Russians.
October 7 never really provoked the same response, interestingly. I don't know why exactly, but perhaps it had something to do with trannies being torn between espousing the fashionable position of anti-colonial Israel hatred, and relying on Tel Aviv for their horse piss bitchtits hormone manufacturing.
Fast forward to April 2026, the year of Persia getting ORANGED, I can already see some of these deranged losers not only slapping Iranian flags on their totally unrelated, completely non-politicised passion projects, i've now seen a couple of spergs putting US flags and obnoxious MAGA shit in their content too.
