10-hr shift scheduled today, and I have been in nothing but meetings for the first 5 hours. I got "invited" to an extra one. Lunch, then more meeting.

Here's what I am always reminded of when this happens -- interrupting one day's activities with 6 meetings is more efficient and less disruptive than interrupting the workflow of every single day for 2 meetings.
