When some Evil alligned people do things that harm other people they might do it in order to help themselves
But Lawful Neutral will do things that harm other people even if they do not help themselves because that is what the law or authority Figure told them to do
Confucianism tends to spread Lawful Neutrality and it influences Chinese, Korean, & Japanese people to do horrible things
