I work at a fortune 500 company in the UK. I made the mistake of walking into the toilet next to the where most of the Indians sit. There's was shit sprayed all over the toilet seat and lid. How he managed to get it onto an open toilet lid I have no idea.
So if I understand you correctly the Indian people did not poop in their own cubicle where they work nor the hallways but instead they pooped near, on or in a toilet
