@Justicar why
@RoninGrey @Justicar That's not my experience. Obviously they are slower and can get in the way. It's not like they are always like this guy. I don't think you'll like him https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7223813/Britains-hated-cyclist-stars-bike-road-rage-documentary.html
@SamHarris @RoninGrey actually, let me take that back. cyclists are not a problem. the people are. most don't even know how to walk on the side-walk. everyone is incredibly entitled and arrogant. cyclists bother me because this shitty behavior it is heightened by them. but everyone sucks these days. there is no respect for one another, no courtesy or politeness. no respect for the road, the traffic, laws. it is just me me me me me. i am the most important person. me me me.
@SamHarris @Justicar I have only ever seen them around here in the outskirts of Houston, between cities, causing congestion because they think it's important to ride for their fucking exercise, in the middle of the damn street, all at once. "For safety in numbers." Yeah, you could just not fucking do it on the street at all, shitheads.
@SamHarris @RoninGrey maybe cyclists are not the problem but their insertion into the city traffic is. it is simply not suited for them. the only place in the world that is ok for cyclists is Netherlands where cities were specifically designed for cyclists and pedestrians. but that is a worldwide exception. OTOH they suck even in roads dedicated for cyclists, away from cities. they do not respect the flow of traffic, the separation of lines, proper overtaking etc. they are inherently shit people
