The default position should not be believe all women unless proven otherwise but disbelieve all women unless provem otherwise

This is also called innocent until proven guilty

When the news can play accusations prior to court trials then this is closer to guilty until proven innocent and biases the court trials which makes the guilt of soneone declared guilty in court to be doubtful
