@mmmfeet Yellow collar crime,is measured on a different spectrum then American Blue collar Crime.Because when you add Black and Blue it makes Dark Blue which mean the police get involved, And when you add Yellow to Blue it makes Green and Police get Uninvolved,And American White color Crime well the corruption is whited out so not visible to be recorded properly.
