Paraguay has the best deal going for expats to get residency,no tax on money made outside of Paraguay and low entry investment ability to own land and carry firearms,I can understand Argentina has a rivalry you people and soccer are intense,what is the issue with the Paraguayans in Argentina besides they are mud people and Non white do they have a stereotype like a Gypsies,Nigger or Jew?
