@AsianGirlz The author naming it a Mexican trash boom,makes it sound like Trump came up with a way to lift Mexicans away from the border,when reality is Mexico doesn't even own this floating trash collector a Trash Boom turbidity barrier or pay for it the only thing they contribute is the pollution of the river on the border
