You exist because God loves you.
Our Heavenly Father, who possess all knowledge of things that are and things that are not - He who "calls into existence the things that do not exist" (Romans 4:17) is also Love Himself (1 John 4:8).
And He did that for you, calling you from nonexistence to existence, because He loves you.
No one is an accident. No one's life is meaningless. No one is called "unworthy" of His love from the Heavenly Throne Room, because we were all put here with intent.
Of course, this means that nihilism is off the table for any and all Christians, but so are belief systems like buddhism. It posits and praises a man with no desires, which is against the true God who is absolutely full of desires. You desire because He desires.

> Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever. (1 John 2:15-17)
Meanwhile, Zionism seeks to infect Christianity with idolatry, by convincing Christians they must love and support Israel (a fake, man-made state) and the Jews (sinful, fallible creatures like everyone else) if they want to go to heaven. But Buddhists are an easier target because they don't have nuclear weapons, Mossad, or the ADL coming to hunt you down if you criticize them.
