Just tried jambalaya for first time. Pretty good. Probably way better homemade by some southern lady though. I want to try more Southern food. Never had a gumbo.
@Turkleton fly to Louisiana for one of the big festivals and have some shrimp gumbo. Gumbo's great.

@apropos One day I seriously plan to visit the South. I want to visit every state tbh. Country is too big and I feel like im missing out. Won't be for a long time though because I have a lot of Balogna on my plate atm
