Places that permit many apartments have lower rents. Places that permit lots of power generation have lower electricity prices. It's not rocket science!

@freepatriot The electrical grid doesn't work like that. Power generation trying to match the demand at every moment. The price is based on the fuel cost. More generation just increase stability, but likely increase the price, because you'll need to operate more plants.
