@EvolLove do not know how much they cut it after tax in US.

@Stahesh

Neither do I and that makes all the difference.

Perhaps as a freshly educated you would have to work your way up?

@EvolLove but why be over qualified for start where you need many BS. Because boomers needed to give firm handshake to be qualified for the job. 🤔

@Stahesh

If you don't have any work experience your not overqualified.

I would not pay more than that to anyone who's not proven their worth.

If the position demands certain educational qualification then they have to be listed.

I think the problem is that people think education entitles to a higher salary. It might. But we all need to start at the bottom and work our ways up.

Don't want to study? It's okay. Then you just look for work who doesn't require education.

@EvolLove if it was true with not proven their worth. Why give them fixed pay that doesn't increase after they proven themselves.

Working random job for x years does not give proof of experiences.

One who does shity job for 10 years is not same as guy who is interested with job and would do better. But nobody would choose him because he does not have proof of experiences.

Why have extra education when it does not entitle better pay? If I would invest my money I would expect better returns.

@Stahesh

No one said thar the salary you get when you sign up for the job can't get raised.

In my experience those who chose to be jobless rather than taking a low paid job will end up permanently jobless.

The one hiring decides what qualifications to ask for and the salary.

Years of unemployment does not inspire confidence. That's why it's better to take a low paid job and keep looking for a better job while working.

Everyone I know who once worked low paid jobs now have better jobs.

@EvolLove and no one say that will increase

yea low pay job is still better than no job

most hiring people ask only basic things hardly anything important

@Stahesh

That's the interview. To get the interview you have already fulfilled the qualifications.

What they want to know is who you are. Personal chemistry. If you will fit in and be an asset, a resource.

Those random questions might just be to get to know you.

Thing is. A newly educated young person with zero work experience is most of the time almost worthless. But in time they might grow into something.

I assume some ask for irrelevant and unrealistic qualifications too 😉

@EvolLove my point was that they ask question even though they could give you simple task to complete and get to know your skills.

But no better to send people and waste time in state schools

I would get spending in school to learn to be doctor or engineer where you really need the know specialized things.

Another point most of the schoold waste your time with random task that are really not needed in your future jobs and most basic things can be learned after short time on internet.

@Stahesh

Yeah, not a big fan of education.

Still wouldn't hire anyone without properly checking them out first.

That said. I would not ask for unrelated proof of education.

My first real employment started with a really low salary. Already the next month it was increased

@Stahesh So... Who tells her employers only write that to filter out black retards?
Niggers not only don't work, they just steal, whine and twerk on the job.
