@Stahesh yeah. over the years, i have noticed that eating well is a lot about mental health(mood/stress), how busy you are(sitting all day behind a compute is the worst), availability of food(can be tough to come by on daily basis). today, we had shitty weather and my mood was not good because of it. also very humid, felt terrible.

@Justicar I so far reduced carbs and sugars but after few days I feel strong urge to eat something sweet. When I do. I always feel bad like post nut clarity but with food 👿

@Stahesh it is a vicious cycle. again, it is mostly about mental health/mood. if you have a bad day, you will naturally seek sugar because comfort food simply works.
