After experimenting with diet again.

I think I need to eat much less. Because for some reason my body needs longer time to absorb and clean body.

Maybe it is reason after long time eating shit diet and compensating with bunch of supplements.

So that would make sense why carnivore diet works so well when it is close to fasting

Not mentioning omnivore diet have best taste. Because eating only meat or only plants taste bland

Maybe we're really omnivores when best taste is with meat and plants
