I just woke up disoriented, unsure which day it was. I thought it was Monday morning, I slept so hard.

Instead I slept a week, it seems. It's Sunday again.

In order to receive you must have something to give. This is a fundamental universal truth. When it comes to shaping reality you must be at the frequency to change it which can only be done through semen retention and transmutation with intention. I hope the reality I want comes true.
