Not easy. The disease of chivalry has deeply corrupted Western culture for almost 1000 years. Hell, the first Western novel, Don Quixote, written in 1605 had literal whiteknighting as a central theme.
Ridding men, and especially women of this vile instinct will take generations. e.g. there is no shortage of tough men who can kill, but yet cannot say no to a woman. That's the harsh truth.
Fortunately, not all white cultures are as bad. Russians & slavs stayed mostly patriarchal.
