Look at any field where you have some knowledge and you can see AI improving from month to month, sometimes week to week or day to day. In my case it's not coding or gaming, it's images and video.

I agree with this post.

I've said before that LLMs are trained fast with data the way the brain was trained slow by reality. But the data is 'flat', the world is 4D. Robots solve this.

The Chinese obviously know this.

They like novelty and showing off their new tech, but they are also putting huge resources into humanoid robots. It's not just for funny kung fu routines and robot butlers.

Being the road to true AGI and then ASI explains why it's so important to them.
