There are a lot of knife laws around the world...including unconstitutional ones in the United States.

In the UK you can only carry slip joint knives with tiny blades.

In the US many cities limit knife blade size to 3.5" or even 3".

Larger folding knives can often be gotten at lower prices because of these horrendous laws.

It's funny how blacks can come up with million word arguments that anything in the world that doesn't revolve around them is racist. If only they spent that energy doing things like obeying the law, putting on condoms, or learning how to speak without using profanity.

BTW you have to read science fiction to gain insight, not just watch it. Most movies and shows don't have much in the way of actual science or technological extrapolation.

One thing to note about the cash offer trick - you've always had to compete with those sons of bitches. They don't dilly dally around like Hamlet, 'to buy or not to buy?' They make lowball cash offers with no inspection and a few people bite. In most cases the house is fine, the seller is just in a hurry for whatever reason. Individual real estate investors with a lot of cash do this all the time. The risk is the occasional white elephant - the property with lots of hidden problems. But Blackstone can easily absorb those losses.
