I mean they already have cell phone jammers but may not want to use them as it'd block their phones too so someone's going to be selling them new ones that'll specifically jam whatever frequencies the drones are using for remote control. But like in that one TED Talk, a micro AI drone with no remote control can be programmed to hit a guy in the head and assassinate him. Reminds me of Gene Simmons in Runaway.
