I cooked this bacon using the low & slow method. It tends to prevent uneven cooking and also the bacon twisting and curling.

It takes a little longer, so isnt always doable for breakfast, but when you have a little time, slowing down the cooking improves final product.

What's your opinion of this bacon?

Too meaty?
Too fatty?
