@judgedread @NitroDubs If you don't actually use it, and use it properly in your work, you can't know how much it's changed things already. It's a multiplier.

But until now (what, two years at most?) it's been diffuse, similar to people asking where were the savings and advantages of switching from typists and paper to computers and digital records.

These things are starting to make inroads on mathematical research. When it starts in on fundamental and applied physics, biology and engineering, we could see genuinely new technologies become available. I'm quite sure of it.
