Elon's SpaceX Starship:
Booster 15 engines, after launch and landing.
Now that multiple Starship boosters have successfully landed back at their launch pads, SpaceX can inspect and develop a material history for them. Elon's SpaceX won't have the same for Starship upper stages, until the first Ship upper stage successfully lands back at the launch site from orbit.

Looks like SpaceX placed extra sensors and cameras over suspected failure points on Ship 34, based on Ship 33's failure. To see what happens on Ship 34. Note that V2 Starship upper stages have multiple methane downcomers, while the V1 upper stage had only one downcomer.

Ship 34 spun out of control near end of its burn. Destroyed either by the cause of its center engines shutdown, or by FTS activated by loss of control.
The V1 boosters can now land at the launch tower, but the V2 Starship upper stage will need more test flights before it can land at the launch tower from orbit.
