To get to orbit, a new rocket company has to blow up multiple test rockets to get there.

To achieve 1st stage booster reusability, the rocket co has to blow up even more boosters to gain data to achieve partial reusability. SpaceX Falcon 9 has successfully achieved this.

To achieve full reusability, the rocket co has to blow up more upper stages to gain the necessary data. SpaceX Starship is currently at this stage of the testing process.

The jews used the same underhanded social and financial gobbledygook tactics to capture Boeing and Lockheed, the same way they did with radio and TV.

But unlike radio and TV, the financialization of Boeing and Lockheed simply stopped aerospace development, and actually cause orbital/hypersonic capability of old aerospace companies to decline and die out.

TV transmitters and televisions don't leave giant craters in the ground when they have a substandard component, therefore having MBA executives running TV networks doesn't hamper the effectiveness of Television. When the jew executives took over Star Trek, they actually made better Star Trek episodes and movies than Gene Roddenberry did!

But if you replace Boeing's engineering executives with MBA executives, you get planes falling out of the sky, and you lose the ability to enter orbit. The ULA itself cannot build booster stage cryogenic engines, they have to buy them from goy entrepreneurial rocket companies. The captured jewish Aerojet Rocketdyne corporation still builds the 1960s RL-10 upper stage engine, its regenerative cooling tubes being individually hand-brazed.

Ship 35's loss of control was due to a failure in the liquid methane tank pressurization diffuser (that uses gas pressure generated by the engines to autogenously pressurize the propellant tanks). This triggered an automatic dump of all main propellants, so that Ship 35 would re-enter with no active propellants.

@Bernard My original post was set off by one point in that article, one that Johnson often repeats, probably because it's central to Socrates/Plato's argument. My polygamy argument is a stark example of something that is great for the personal pleasure and inclusive fitness of a man, but bad for all mankind for the reason you mention: Polygamy leaves some men with no woman and thus no stake in society.

The first next gen Starship booster, Booster 18, will have an integral hot staging interstage. That means that the interstage will not be jettisoned, and will return with the booster upon landing.

It is a good article although I am already quite familiar with these writings.

I don't recall any discussion about polygamy, but banning polygamy is intended to help resolve the incel issue. If each man is allowed only one wife, there will be more women available and fewer incels.

I do recall discussion about eugenics where they discuss encouraging the better or more fit to have more children while discouraging the unfit. They recognized that this would need to done secretly as it would raise upset by the unfit. Unfortunately we now live under tyranny by foreigners who are promoting dysgenics among us to gradually destroy us.

@judgedread Before AI it was the great catastrophes and extinction events that our planet periodically goes through. Before mammals were the dinosaurs. Before the dinosaurs the therapsids. And so on. Global glaciations and (real) global warming in repeated cycles.

Nothing says humans are the last. Almost surely we are not.

We could just be a temporary side branch, an experiment, before He abandons us and tries something else again.

Perhaps he keeps our souls and that is all that will endure from the very brief time of our species' existence.

None of that seems unreasonable to me. But it's greatly upset some Christians I've known when I tell them my views. Whatever.

Booster 18 will be the first new gen Starship booster with Raptor 3 engines. Raptor 3 has external regenerative cooling on its outside, as well as the usual internal regen cooling. This eliminates the need for most of the heat shield plating in the aft end of the booster.
