Tonight's Tiki Rum Cocktail

Planter's Punch

Crushed Ice
2 oz of Jamaican Funky Rum (Smith & Cross)
1 oz of lime juice (juice of one lime)
3/4 oz of Grenadine
1/4 oz of Allspice Dram
2 dashes of Elemakule Tiki Bitters

I cut the Grenadine back to 1/2 oz and subbed 1/4 oz of Allulose Syrup. I wanted the color but not the calories.

This is a tweak of the Smuggler's Cove Planters Punch recipe. It's not overly sweet, nice balance between the lime juice and the grenadine (pomegranate syrup). With the funky rum punching through and the allspice dram and elemakule tiki bitters adding some nice baking spice contrast to the sweet n sour.

Bigger than the #SaturnV S-II upper stage, and also has a heat shield.
