Through deductive reasoning it's obvious that HR only exists due to civil rights laws. If you let managers do the hiring they will favor the most competent, which means nothing but White and Asian men. So you need a department of diversity to prevent managers from doing the first cull. Women and niggers naturally gravitate to this role, as they are both spiteful and have no useful talents. They then only pass on browns and women for managers to interview. The few White men who slip through do it through networking, bypassing HR entirely.

HR is why showing up uninvited to talk to the manager and giving a good impression no longer works. It used to. I did it myself, shocking as that might seem to those who find me utterly repellent.
