If you’re buying SPCX stock, make sure you buy at limit price, and not market price. The limit price puts a max limit on price per share you’re willing to buy. So that you don’t accidentally buy stock on margin (ie. borrowing money to buy stock), because the shares cost more than the cash you had.

IPO price is set at $135 per share. But the private market had the shares at $149.76 per share. The US stock exchange opens at 0930 East Coast time.
