I did a little hack on this one
Instead of honey ginger syrup I made straight 3:1 honey syrup (straight syrup can be used in a lot more drinks)
Then I grated a bit of the candied ginger into the shaker before mixing
It worked perfectly

Booster 21 will still have to do a water landing. A V3 booster must successfully complete a water landing before attempting to land at Starbase Texas.
