@Terry What you normally eat and use - just more of it. Consumables. Toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, razors, toothpaste, toothbrushes, floss, and the food you typically eat. Have enough of these things on hand to last 3 months.
Chest freezers are worth their weight in gold. (Don't put them in the garage).
A 12 gauge Mossberg 500, a Ruger 10/22 and a 9mm striker fired handgun. 500 rounds for each. Buckshot, slugs and birdshot for the shotgun.
A large power bank and a good solar panel can keep one electronic device and your chest freezer going for a long time.
4 boxes of catholic glass-jar prayer candles are cheap and last a long time.
If you're on meds, have a several month supply.
