It has no provisions limiting Iran's missile forces, which proved decisive in winning this war. The US also has good reason to make the deal. Iran has demonstrated that they can't be easily regime changed, and that control over the Strait of Hormuz is better than a nuke. So short of the US launching a nuclear first strike or assembling a vast Iraq 2003 style coalition and taking them out the hard way Iran ain't goin' anywhere.

So cut and run and pretend he won.
